Jayne Conroy and Paul Hanly appointed to leadership positions in DePuy Pinnacle Artificial Hip Implant Litigation

On January 9, 2012 Jayne Conroy was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee and Paul Hanly was appointed Chair of the Plaintiffs’ Discovery Committee in the DePuy Pinnacle Artificial Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation pending before Judge Ed Kinkeade in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. These appointments follow but are distinct from the 2011 appointment of Ms. Conroy to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the DePuy ASR Hip Implant Recall Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation that is pending before Judge David Katz in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and is a testament to the reputation of Hanly Conroy as a leader in federal multidistrict litigation throughout the country.
