Hanly Conroy’s Jayne Conroy was appointed by United States District Judge David Katz of the Northern District of Ohio to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the DePuy Artificial Hip Implant Recall multidistrict litigation. This litigation involves complex issues of science and medicine arising out of the 2010 recall of thousands of defective artificial hip implant devices.
