Hanly Conroy Bierstein Sheridan Fisher & Hayes LLP was formed on February 1, 2002 as Hanly & Conroy LLP by Paul Hanly and Jayne Conroy. The formation of the firm was the subject of a front-page story in the New York Law Journal.
